NLC "Day at the Races"

Join us for this day of socialising, excellent racing, and unforgettable memories at the world-famous Ascot Racecourse.

Your day includes:

- A warm welcome by NLC staff at Ascot at 11:15am

- Access to the King Edward VII Enclosure – where you can enjoy premium views and amenities (please see dress code below)

- Exclusive NLC private suite overlooking the Racecourse

- A welcome drink – your choice of wine, beer, or a soft drink

- Hot and cold buffet lunch served in the suite

- A race card per person to keep track of the day’s action

- Cash bar available in the NLC suite for additional refreshments

NLC staff will be on hand to ensure your experience is seamless every step of the way.

Dress Code
Guests should dress for a smart autumn/winter occasion and racegoers often opt for jackets, boots, coats, winter hats and seasonal millinery. Find more information on Ascot Racecourse's dress code during Jump Season.

Travel arrangements
Members can make their own travel arrangements, alternatively there is the option of taking pre-arranged transport to and from the Club. We will be meeting at the Club at 9am, where we will be serving drinks before the journey, with cabs leaving at 9:45am. Exact times to be confirmed nearer the time. Pricing will depend on the number of attendees using this service and will be offered at cost.
