Meditation Circle at the National Liberal Club
Our meditation circle, hosted by the National Liberal Club, meets regularly to explore and practice various forms of mindfulness and meditation. Each session is designed to introduce participants to different techniques, including guided meditation, breath awareness, body scans, loving-kindness meditation, and more. The circle provides a supportive and peaceful environment where individuals can deepen their practice, share experiences, and cultivate a sense of inner calm and clarity.
