Club member and registered guide Peter Hofford will take participants to nearby sites of importance to the struggle for Votes for Women. Starting at the club itself, this includes the site of the Women's Parliament and the statues of both Emiline Pankhurst - who formed the Women's Social and Political Union, commonly known as the Suffragettes - and Millicent Fawcett whose organisation - known as the Suffragists - argued for a more moderate approach.

Meet in the Front Hall of the Club at 11.00am.
